Top Film & TV Apps on Android in Norway: Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, the Norwegian Android market for Film & Television apps showed some interesting trends, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Disney+ experienced a notable peak in weekly revenue, reaching approximately $29K mid-March. Downloads varied, with a peak at 3.3K in early March, while active users saw a decline from around 70K at the start of the quarter to 55K by the end.

HBO Max: Stream TV & Movies saw a steady increase in revenue, culminating at $23.8K in late March. Downloads started at 10K but settled around 6.2K, whereas active users remained stable, hovering around 53K.

Prime Video showed a consistent revenue pattern, peaking at $11K in mid-February. Downloads saw a high of 2.7K early in the quarter, and active users decreased slightly from 13.7K to 9.5K.

discovery+ | Stream TV Shows experienced fluctuations in revenue, reaching a high of $10.8K mid-January. Downloads were modest, peaking at 801, while active users increased to 5.3K in mid-February before declining.

SkyShowtime: Movies & Series saw a rise in revenue, peaking at $8.8K mid-March. Downloads showed a decline over the quarter, starting at 4.3K and ending at 2.2K, while active users grew from 52.5K to 53.6K.
